Three Florida DMOs joined forces to launch a mobile version of the Treasure Coast Wine & Ale Trail.
Timing. The launch is strategically timed ahead of American Craft Beer Week, celebrated May 16-22, 2022.
How it works. Participants can sign up to receive the free digital pass directly to their mobile device – no app store downloads or printed trail maps needed. Users can check-in at partner locations as they sip their way along the trail to win exclusive prizes, including glass pint glasses and silicone Silipint cups – which are perfect in case you drop them!.
Forward momentum. The Treasure Coast Wine & Ale Trail was created in 2017 as an organized and collaborative partnership between the DMOs of St. Lucie, Indian River and Martin County to promote the region’s dynamic craft beer and wine scene and to attract visitors to the region.
Quotable. “We are all extremely excited to introduce the new digital version of the Treasure Coast Wine & Ale Trail, which feels like a natural progression as the program continues to grow and evolve,” says Ian Centrone, Tourism Program Manager for Martin County. “Our mobile-first approach will help participants get the most out of their experience while discovering some remarkable hidden gems along Florida’s Treasure Coast.
A Festival Tie-In. The program has continued expanding over the years and now includes nine breweries, one winery, one cidery and one meadery. Once a year, the participants converge during the Treasure Coast Wine & Ale Trail Festival, a ticketed event that includes unlimited tastings, live music, food trucks, craft vendors and more.
